DP83867IR: About VDDA1P8 terminal

Hello support team,

I have some questions about DP83867IR.

1. When power is not supplied to the VDDA1P8 (pin 17 and pin 64) externally, how much is the voltage of these terminals?
2. When power is not supplied to the VDDA1P8 externally, is it acceptable to connect pin 17 and pin 64 to each other? (other components are not connected )
3. Are pin 17 and pin 64 connected inside the IC?

Hi M. Tachibana,

1. After power on, this voltage should be ~1.8V
2. No, these nets should be separate as there are 2 LDOs inside of the DP83867IR. Connecting pin 17 and pin 64 when power is not supplied will short the output of the 2 LDOs together causing some power to flow between them.
3. No they are not connected inside the IC.
