Linux/TUSB9261: tusb9261 for M.2 SATA device

Hello Sirs,

I am checking the TUSB9261 with M.2 SATA storage problem.

Uptream is TUSB8020B .Downstream ports one is USB to Ethernet . It work fine ! Another port is TUSB9261.

The O/S could recognize TUSB9261 bridge but once we insert M.2 storage , it will disconnect device and reconnect device repeat again and again.

Is there something we need to check  ? 

BTW. If the USB_VBUS always connected. Will it cause any problem  ?

If possible, pls share me the TUSB9261 flash burner linux tool .
