AM26LS31: How to protect AM26LS31C?

But AM26LS31C is often damaged and there have no signals.

Is there any method to protect AM26LS31C? Or any new part to replace it?

There is not any protection.

Could we add ESD? Is there any recommendation?

Hi Luck,

What type of ESD (i.e. IEC 61000-4-2) and what levels are you testing to? I can definitely recommend some protection options but I want to see what I have in my portfolio that may meet your needs already.

I have found a TVS diode that will suit your needs. It has two channels, so you can protect each output pair with one device.
