Q1.Should I place a decoupling capacitor at the VDD pin of the DS91M040?
（VDD pin 11,12,29,30)

Q2.Where is the DS91M040 reference design?

Hi Seishin,

Yes place a decoupling capacitor at each pair of VDD pins. One for 11/12 and another for 29/30.

There is no reference design material beyond the evaluation board.
