SN75DP139: About DP139 application DP to DVI Cable Re-Driver

Hi Team,

Currently we use TI SN75DP139 application cable re-driver.

but have some error in our product. When we test DP to DVI found fail rate about HPD pin sort to ground.

Could you help us to provide idea to solve issue?I guess charger pump need have reverse function, right?

    Hi Kuo,

    Could you check if the device is powered on? Is there 5V on the device Vcc pins? is the DDC buffer working?

    With the board powered and disconnected from DVI cable, does HPD_SRC follows the behavior of HPD_SNK?

    Could you measure the resistance between DP_SNK and GND is 130K ohms?
