DP83867IR: LED pin current

I have a question for DP83867 pin current.

How much is the maximum allowed current on LED pins?

V_OL/OH is defined with I_OL/OH = +-4mA condition on the datasheet(SNLS484E, Section 7.5, P14)

So should we think +-4mA is maximum?

On the other hand, there is a figure about example strap connection on Figure 25(SNLS484E, P49).

In mode 4 case of this example, 470ohm LED is connected to LED pins through a diode.

Assuming diode VDD=3.3V, Vf=0.5V and V_OL = 0.6V, pin current is around 4.7mA in this case.

It is over 4mA! Can LED pins allow over 4mA?
