The PCI800 found the hot plug issue in Intel purely platform.
Issue descriptions
1) remove the PCIE SSD(NVme) which behind the PCI800, the device is still showing in device manager.
2) if remove the redriver and retest it again, the Device manager will not show when SSD remove.
