Hello,

About RESET mechanism of TCA9548A, if VCC can't lower than VPROF (0.8V) then back to normal 3.3V when power cycle within a short time slot,
Could HOST to reset TCA9548 by reset pin again for this improper POR timing without any issues like PCA9548 or it will still lost control ? Thank you.

Hello Patrick,
Yes, those two events are gated to the POR circuitry. So either will initiate a full POR event.

Do you mean it can reset TCA9548 by reset pin again while this improper POR timing happened? Thank you.

Hello Patrick,

It means you can do a reset whenever you want with the RESET pin.
