What are the dimensions of the thermal pad on the RTA package for DS90UB927Q-Q1?

Strange that this isn't in the datasheet, I'll have to get that modified. Anyway, the package type you are interested in is the WQFN RTA package with specifications as follows:

If you ever need to find a package again you can look at the TI Support Site for package lookup, it's a pretty cool tool many don't know exist.

You're correct about that dimensioning. I think these documents should be more to your liking, I've included the thermal pad info and recommended land pattern too. I found the 3D model as well but it's a .bxl which I have no way of opening so I can't look at it, 3D file is located here. You'll have to try and see if that helps or provides additional insight.
