Hello Naoki,

EN terminal should be held 1ms after 1.8 Vcc reaches its 90%.

When a GPIO is used to control the EN timing, the external capacitor is no required.

does it need to connect a capacitor as 200nF for first reset?

Hello Naoki,

Correct. It is recommended to use a 200nF capacitor. However, the values of the RC circuitry may be adjusted to make sure the low to high transition occurs after the Vcc supply has reached the minimum recommended operating voltage.
