Our customer is considering Rlim=210k. In the datasheet, the current limit is defined at Rlim=210k. But the temparature condition is doesn't clear. What is the temparature condition at Rlim=210k? Is it "Ta=-40 to 125C"?

Sorry for reply so late. After check the condition is is over the full -40C to 125C.
If you look at the top of the EC table, you see this statement…
So anytime we don’t put a temperature, you can assume it’s over the recommended operating conditions. For the TPS2553, it’s -40C to +125C.
For the current limits that also spec’d at just 25C, we wanted to explicitly write what it was from -40C to 125C to try to avoid confusion between the two lines

- Could you provide us with the variation of current-limit response time under the following condition. There is current-limit characteristic in datasheet figure 15. But the condition does not match theirs. They don't need guarantee. They use it as reference.
- Condition -
Vin=3.3V
Rlim=210k
Ta=-40~125C
