DS90UB940-Q1: Forcing LP-11 for datalanes

I need to ensure the datalanes are in LP-11 (Stop State) with minimal control over the incoming stream.

1) If the DS90UB940 is powered with no incoming video stream, are the outgoing datalanes driven to LP-11?

2) Is it possible to force the datalanes to LP-11 through a registry setting?

When you say in incoming video stream, do you mean there is no serializer attached or a serializer attached but no video input here?

2) Disabling the CSI-2 port through indirect registers will put the datalanes into LP-11
