DS90UH948-Q1: Current Consumption during Power Down Mode

Part Number: DS90UH948-Q1

Dear, Sir.

My customer is considering to apply DS90UH948-Q1 for their system(Display).

Firstly, they checked the datasheet, and asking about current consumption during power down mode.

1) IDD12Z, IDD33Z, IDDIOZ are defined on Page12.

2) Table2 Output State Table are defined on Page23. All outputa are Hi-Z.

They pointed out the current consumption looks higher because the device is entered to Power down.

So, I would like to double-confirm that IDD12Z, IDD33Z, IDDIOZ(typ & max) are the real current consumption

during power down mode.

Sorry to ask you about this kind of matter, but hoping to get your advice at this time.

Best Regards,

H. Sakai
