I am looking for LVDS to RGB output converter for OLED Display.i got DS90CF384A but its in TSSOP Package only is there if any other Package is available Please let me know and if anyone have Reference design please send me this is my mail id(balajialphadesign@gmail.com).

There are no other package options than what is stated in the datasheet.
You can use the EVM as a reference design: www.ti.com/.../flink3v8bt-85
