I found only the TRSF3223EIRGW.

1.Any other small package (not TSSOP)

2.If not,do we have second source for this device/package

Hi Eli,

The TRS3122E device is a 2 TX / 2 RX transceiver in a QFN package that is slightly smaller than TRSF3223E. Is that of interest to you, or do you need something else?

Eli,

No, TRS3122E does not have a p2p second source. I unfortunately don't know of a solution that would be particularly small, have a second source available, and not be in a TSSOP package. Is there a reason that you don't want TSSOP? If that were OK then TRS3232E might have been a good option.
