Is there any suggestion for long distance transmission?

As below design, signal source is TTL.

    I would recommend using RS-485 for this type of communication. You can find transceivers that take TTL inputs, convert to RS-485 for the transmission line, then convert back to TTL outputs on the distant end. Unfortunately, my group doesn't directly support the RS-485 devices, so I will have to request assistance from another applications specialist.
