Can you please specif what is the mechanism of TCA9548A reset function? Is SCL sent consecutive clocks, like 9 clocks?

    Hello Joyce,

    The TCA9548A's reset will reset all the registers for the switch.  The default is that it will turn off all the channels.  The state machine is reset and therefor it isn't stuck.  If there is something on one of the other channels that is stuck then you may still not be able to communicate to it.  This part does not have stuck buss recovery.  You will have to turn on the buss and generate the clocks your self for the devices on the other channels.
