Hi!
Could you please let me know what is the impedance of input pin - D?
It is not listed in datasheet, I am seeing the signal reflection and guess it is not 50 ohms impedance.
Here is how the test path looks like : ATE driver --> ATE trace --> PCB trace ---> device input
The ATE driver, ATE trace and PCB trace are all 50 ohms impedance control, but not sure about device input.
