Hello,
There are a lot of features in HDMI 1.3/1.4, what specifically are you looking for?
The TFP501 is only a serializer so it will support any TMDS stream with a pixel clock from 25MHz to 165MHz.

Hello,
HDMI 1.4 has data rates with a pixel clock up to 300MHz, the TFP501 will support HDMI 1.4 with data rates with a pixel clock below 165MHz.
