DS91M040: How to handle the output PINs when some of them is not used

Hello,

My customer will use part channels of DS90M040. How to handle the resest unused PINs for the best performance, floating or grounded? Thanks!

Hi Paul,

For the unsed channels I recommend the following connections.

DE = GND (MLVDS Driver disabled)

RE# = VDD (MLVDS Receiver disabled)

The inputs and outputs of the channel can all float.
