I am looking for an ESD protection device dedicated for ethernet PHY, I found two parts from SEMTECH,
Rclamp3374N, I found it's internal topology is not similar with TI ESD parts, it looks it designed for 1000/100M Ethernet PHY ESD protection.
Question: does TI have similar device to compete with this part - Rclamp3374N? the advantages of TI parts?
SLVU2.8-4, it looks also used the different internal topology with TI ESD parts.
could you please help suggest which part can be used to compete with this part? the advantages of TI parts?
