hi,

can we use the INTB_IN pin (pin number 43) of DS90UB928-Q1 to transmit a interrupt signal?

I found that it shared with with BISTC, does it mean that we can we the INTB_IN if we do't use BIST mode?

does anyone use this feature at product?

Hi, yes, can use INTB_IN as interrupt signal. Please see the detailed descriptions in page26 of UB928 d/s, it presents how to use this INTB_IN function. thanks.
