Hi TI,  I received some fundamental questions from endcustomer.

Some questions are perplexing to me. I'll send the questions as it is, If you cannot understand the meaning of the question, please let me know.

Does the device(DS90UB914A) support the following items ?

1. All internal register configuration shall be upgradable on Line through a communication channel according to RSA BER (Bit Error Ratio) Strategies.

2. All internal correlation parameters shall be read out through a communication channel.

3. Equalization shall be turn ON or OFF on demand. 

    ( Does it have a register setting of EQ gain = 0dB ?)

4. Serializer Reverse Channel Eye diagram shall be read through a communication channel.

    Hello,
    1,2, DS90UB914A does allow for control configuration and status register read writes via I2C interface during communication without interrupting data flow using bi-directional control channel.
    3. This is possible to turn off Adaptive equalization, but not recommended. Setting is controlled by local I2C register access.
    4. Errors in the reverse channel are flagged and incremented in a counter which is accessible via I2C register access over bidirectional control channel.
