TMDS181: I2C_CTL problem (Urgent)

Hi Team,

Can you advise me to resolve a problem.

The TMDS181 is used in Sink equipment and connected to 4k or 2k Blue-Ray player.
When set power was off and on, no image was displayed on the screen.
When check the device pin status, SDA_CTL pin was stalled in Logic low when the problem
occurred.

Q1. Do you know any cases TMDS181 show such symptom on power on instance.
Q2. Is there any circuit in TMDS181 which makes SDA_CTL pin logic low eternally

    Hi Mita,

    I have seen the I2C signals held low when proper power-up timing is not met, could you confirm you have the right power-on reset?

    The TMDS181 is used in GPIO or I2C mode?

    Did you follow the DDC snoop recommendation from datasheet? What's the status of DDC?

    HPD is behaving correctly?

    Have you tried different HDMI sources?

    Thank you for your feedback and apologize for delay of me response respite of URGENT.
    The problem as fix.
    It was identified that the circuit out of the device cased this problem.
