Hi,
Do you mean the vout toff time ?
According to the datasheet the typical is 1.8mS and max is 3mS.
We can guarantee the value so we don't point this parameter in datasheet.

I feel that the dispersion is so large for typical/max value (1.8m/3msec).
10us is correct, isn't it?

This is 6sigma data. typical value is 1.8ms.
