TMDS181: About "ESD diode" between VCC and IN_Dxp/n and IN_CLKp/N

Hi Team,

If VCC=VDD=floating (DCDC output is disabled) and the voltage are applied to "IN_Dxp/n and IN_CLKp/N pins", I understand that this voltage is observed on “VCC pin”.

Because I guess that there is "ESD diode" between “VCC pin” and “IN_Dxp/n and IN_CLKp/N pins”(I refer to the absolute maximum ratings).

Is my understanding correct?
