What is power consumption of HD3SS3412? What is the Idd current?

Is it as low as few mA? According to table 7.5 6mA and table 7.6 21.6mW ?

On the other hand, there a thermal GND pad that used usually for power dissipation and driving 4 lanes of HCSL usually consume more power..

Also there is figure 17 talking about VBUS 2A (we don’t have VBUS)

I use it for PCIe switching application.

    Correct, the power consumption is 21.6mW, this number is a typical value, the max consumption will also depend on voltage source, temperature, data rate, layout...
    Yes, the thermal pad is used for thermal dissipation, it is also internally connected to GND.
    VBUS is only for USB, and those "2A" from VBUS are not related to the MUX, the VBUS will be routed off the mux.
