Hi teams,

My customer wants to know how much the value this device can tolerate from undershoot.

The datasheet described only max value in input voltage range.

Please let me know how much the voltage from undershoot.

It do not have to guarantee.I would like you to tell me as a guide only.

Hayashi,
I would suggest keeping undershoot above -0.3V. In general it's -0.5V to -0.7V, where the PN junction would be turned on reversely. For a similar device AM26C31, it's -0.5V on the datasheet. Please let me know if you have any questions.
