Hello,
We are having a problem with the TPD1E05U06-Q1. The device is on a line that has 1.6V and is in breakdown holding the line at 900mV. we did not expect breakdown until 6.5V via the datasheet. Do you know what could cause this?

Can you try to measure the voltage drop in the other direction over the device? The device is unidirectional, so one orientation will have a forward voltage of around .7-1V while the other will have the 6.5V you will expect. If that isn't the issue, let me know and I'll dig more into it. We haven't heard any issues with the device clamping lower than expected, so I would be curious to see what happened.
Thanks,
Alec
