Hi , I use TUSB2046B as usb hub link to our android host, but the downstream port can not read thumb drive, during insert the thumb drive is nothing to show and can not find in device storage, but when unplug the thumb drive ,it will show "USB storage removed..."  , all 4 downstram port same, but downsteam port can working with USB mouse as normal.

My schematic is same with your reference design.

Kindly advise is not support Android OS?

Thanks , urgent !!!  I already design into our main PCB and fab out 50 sets.

    Hello Shi xr,

    We have not similar issues reported before. Please, share your schematics and we will check if everything is correct. Additionally, what are the chances that you get USB protocol analyzer captures between the host and the hub at the downstream device connection.

    In order to discard that the issue follows the driver, can you perform the same experiment with a different OS?

    I already embedded the hub IC onto my main PCB wich is android system, so can not link to other OS to try,   downstream of USB- Ethernet,UART is working , only Port 1 which i connect to A type usb port can not read thumb drive, but insert mouse no issue. by the way, for Reset signal already adjust time according to your spec.  +5v supply to port 1 is stable. event i connect thumb drive use shortest wire after hub downstream port ,also can not read.   Thanks

    Hello Shi,
    Since we do not have any similar case reported, we think that the best way of figuring out what is happening with this thump drive is by taking USB protocol analyzer captures. This captures should be taken between the USB host and the hub at device connection.
    Additionally, provide the complete log generated by your processor and try with different thumb drives ( different vendors).
