I have a PCB with the design shown in the attached image.
This circuit is repeated two times on the board, with the only exception being that the outputs are mirrored (OUTA driving "shunt-side" on one and OUTB driving "shunt-side" on the other).
On both drivers, one of the outputs follow the input, while the other stays low regardless of input. On both drivers, the "shunt-side" is the one working, while the other is unresponsive.
Test has been performed with no load connected, and with 1k resistive load.
