PCA9545A: One SCL failure impact all other SCL

Hi Team,

  My customer did some failure test on their board and found when any SCL(SCx) was pull low,all four I2C bus can't work after power up.But when they pull low oneof  SDA(SDx),then only the pull low channel failure and other channels can work normally after power up. 

  Could you help check why pull low any SCx will impact all other channels after power up?
