May I know

1. DS90UB953/954 can support IMX123 (3M) or IMX326 (6M) image senor and anything need take care ?

2. what's the image sensor that TI use to test on DS90UB953 and DS90UB954 reference design or EVM ?

Kai,

1. the sensor need match UB953's input CSI2 throughput rate (<3.2Gbps). UB953 can link with Sony, OV, and Aptina's sensor.

2.we have OV, sony, and aptina's refer design.

DS90UB953 / 954 only support CSI-2 interface and can not support Sub-LVDS interface ,is it correct ??

Yes, UB953/954 can't support LVDS video if/.
