Part Number: TUSB1211

HI Sir 

1. If I would like to use TUSB1211 for Linux OS ,I don't need to install any driver ,is it right ?

2. Due to I saw SMSC solution register is not the same with TUSB1211 ,May I know TUSB1211 have reference code can let me modify ??

    Hello Kai,

    That is correct. The TUSB1211 doesn't require vendor specific drivers for Linux.

    The TUSB1211 is compliant to the ULPI spec, so inbox drivers will be used.

    Difference with other vendors on the register configuration should be on vendor specific registers, which are not mandatory for device operation.

    All the information on the available registers is available both on the TUSB1211 datasheet and the ULPI specification.
