TUSB8020B: error code 43 when device driver installed.

USB 3 / USB 2 drivers are loading for TUSB8020B on my Win 10 setup without any issues.  I did notice that there were some issues reported online with this particular USB driver 3 update and some users needed to disable the XHCI controller and let it get rediscovered on reboot.  Can you confirm if the TUSB8020B works on other systems?

I am tested several computer in my company.
Most of computer is happened code 43 problem.
plz help me.

Please post a photo of the EVM so I can confirm the configuration. I have tested multiple EVMs in our lab on various Windows 10 machines and have not seen any issues.

Thank you for providing the photo, I am using the same board with the same settings and I'm not able to see the error.  Can you confirm if the board works normally on non-Win10 machines?  Also, if you try to uninstall and reinstall the driver does it fix the Code 43.
