SN65DP159: Using Eye Scan Tool on target circuit

We want to run the eye scan tool for SN65DP159 in our real target through TUSB3410 UARTPDK USB to UART adapter with I2C connection. It seems that the adapter has to be reprogrammed.

Is this possible?
