DP83867CR: PHY CHIP Register read/write

Hello

I'm working on dp83867 with am3358 custom board.

It's my first time to work phy chip on linux. I'm going to read/write phy register.

I read posts about read/write register like below link.

How can I read/write phy chip register on linux user application?
