long package : Do you mean long packets ? What is the size you are using for transfer ? Share the XTAL specs as well.

We could use the following to test it with different packet size by 100 times.

# ping [ip address] -c 100 -s [packet size]

It auto negotiated at 1000baseT-FD.

 

When I fixed it at 100baseTx-FD by manual, it worked perfect.
