We would like to know GD75232PWR Max Tc.
Could you share information for us?

For now our temp is thermal test, 76.65℃, is meet spec?

    Shu-Cheng,

    The spec for Ta is 0-70℃ and for Tj 150℃ max. Consider package thermal impedance for PW is 83℃/W, it means the max power consumption the device can take should be around 1W. In your thermal test, if you can guarantee the power consumption is less 0.88W (based on my calculation), for example not all channels are turned on,I would say it should be OK.
