TPS2546: TPS2546 power on/off sequence

Hi team,

Need your help to confirm the TPS2546 power on/off sequence.

The /FAULT and /STATUS pin pulled up to VDD_IO3V3, and IN/ILIM/EN/CLT1/CLT2/CLT3 are pulled up to VBUS.

When power on, VDD_IO3V3 is earlier than VBUS ~3ms.

When power off, VDD_IO3V3 is earlier than VBUS ~1.2ms.

Please help to confirm above power on/off sequence is OK?

What is providing the VDD_IO3V3?
