Hi Team,

I believe TXD is pulled up to VCC when VIO is folating for TCAN1042DRQ1.
Is my understanding correct?

I believe RXD doesn't have pull up feature like TXD above.
Is my understanding correct?

    Hello Yaita-san,

    TXD is internally pulled to VCC in TCAN1042 and to VIO in TCAN1042V. If VIO is not powered, the device will be in an undervoltage lock-out state and keep the outputs high impedance.

    You are correct that there is not an internal pull-up on the RXD output.
