I need a processor with interface USB ,Ethernet and 64GB Flash memory.

MCU will not come with more ROM memory size like 64Gbyte because it will have only small amount of on chip memory.

Please suggest me processor which can support this requirement.

Hi Vikas,

Most of the Sitara processors have USB an Ethernet interfaces but if you want to have 64 GBytes memory you must use external storage like eMMC, SD card or external USB storage.
The choice of the processor should depend on performance needed, power consumption, price and some other criteria. Therefore you can use this linked below page which will help you for Sitara processor finding:

Yes, Sitara family processors like am335x, am437x and am57xx support it.

There is nothing mention about 64GB flash memory support in the datasheet.It is mention there that it support emmc4.5 .Please clear my doubt that emmc4.5 whether support 64GB

Please clarify me also that this AM437x Sitara™ Processors will support 64GB flash memory
