Thanks for getting back to me. I have attached the screenshots of the schematic. The link for the launchpad design files can be downloaded from this link. http://www.ti.com/tool/TIDM-TM4C129XGATEWAY. just go to download design files and download the cad files. It has the eagle cad files for the tm4c129xl (launchpad). if you look the schematic when pin three and four of JP1 is shunted (OTG mode). we get pin 2 and 6 shorted. I was wondering why that was done as I am trying to implement Usb otg in my design.

I am posting it to Tm4c129. however, could you give me some scenarios where the input and output of the tps2052 should to shorted? I think it may have been a mistake in the reference design.
