Please let me confirm about your reply.
From your reply, I understand as following against my questions(Q1,Q2,Q3) in my first mail.
Is my understanding correct?

>Q1. About CLOCK frequency of the internal oscillator.
It is described as OSC 33 MHz on the data sheet, “8.3.9.1 BIST configuration and Status”, and as internal reference oscillator =
200MHz in AN-2198 shown in "8.3.10 Internal Pattern Generation".
What is the difference between them? And is there any relationship between them?

ANS: OSC 33MHz and Pat gen clock are derived from 200MHz internal reference oscillator.

>Q2. Does the internal clock OSC of 33 MHz stop operating when bit 5 (Auto Clock Enable) of the General Configuration 0 register is set to "0"?

ANS: Yes

>Q3. Is it possible to stop the another oscillator of 200MHz described in Q1 by program setting?

ANS: 200MHz Internal reference oscillator can't be disabled and it is always on.
