TPS65982: Type C connection USB PD and BC 1.2

Can the TPS65982 be compatible with both USB PD and BC 1.2 (can also perform data communication)?

It is OK even if other ICs and switch ICs are used around.

Connection; TypeC <--- cable ----> Type C
