Our customer would like to make sure about datasheet figure 23 Thermal cycling. Regarding figure 23, the IC continues turn-on and off. Is this behavior due to the thermal sensing which mean Tj reaches 135C then the IC turn-off, and Tj cools to 20C then the IC turn-on?
