Hi Sirs,

We have follow SM-USB-DIG Platform reference to design. (SBOU098)

We saw TI Web release TUSB3x10 EEPROM Burner (Rev. B)

Is this EEPROM is for SBOU098?

If not, have others EEPROM version can share?

Hello,

Please note the TUSB3x10 EEPROM Burner (Rev. B) is just the tool used to load the EEPROM image, it doesn't contain the EEPROM image.

Hi Roberto,

OK, does TI have release EEPROM default image on sbou098 this doc ??
Because we use same schematic as SM-USB-DIG Platform , so we think the same EEPROM image should be work on our board.

Hello,

Yes the TUSB3210 MCU needs a EEPROM firmware image to work.

I'm assigning this tread to the Thermal team who is the owner of SM-USB-DIG Platform (SBOU098)

Our schematic is follow SM-USB-DIG Platform to design but now couldn't work on Window device manger.

As Roberto Diaz said, the hardware will not operate as an SM-USB-DIG without firmware which we have not published. You will need to use an actual SM-USB-DIG with TI EVMs or write your own code for your TUSB3210.
