TLK110: LED issue

Hi Sirs,

We have use TLK110 on T1100 (EtherCat).

We found the LED couldn't turn light when we use power cable to power on/off system.

After system on and strap boot,  TLK LED_LINK pin should be low

We found if LINK LED dark, this pin will keep high.

Also no different phenomenon on CLK、power、reset pin, we check power sequence too.

1. Could you help check our schematic is OK or not?

2. ET1100 SPEC had TLK110 description，what is mean fast link down mode?

3. Why VDD and RESET are normal send output, bur boot strap pin no any action?? Like (LED_LINK) no pull low

    Hi,

    Few questions to understand the issue further :

    1. When you say LED is dark : I believe you mean Ethernet Phy is not linking up.

    2. Is it issue with all boards or specific board ?

    3. Can you share the Oscilloscope capture of following signals together : VCC, Reset, Clk-IN, LED_LINK ?

    4. Fast Link Down : This is addtional feature to detect the fast link failure: to address EtherCAT requirement.
