My customer is using TLK105L. Now it can not link to other computer. Attached is the schematic. Could you help review it?

Hi Xiao,

Can you provide the timing of VDD and XI pins. TLK105L requires XI to be present when VDD ramps up OR a reset pulse must be applied once the XI is present.
