PMP11474: How do you flash the software on the monitor and where is it?

Hi,

I'm interested in getting a PMP11474 TI Power Monitor to test the power adapter I'm making.

I was wondering how I'm supposed to get software flashed onto the chip and where the software files are.

Any help is appreciated.

    John,

    Sorry for the long delay in responding. Are you still stuck on this?

    If so, to flash the software, you would first need a MSP430 programmer like this one MSP-FET. The customer would need to connect the MSP-FET header to a 4-pin header. The only wires the customer needs are VCC, GND, SBWTCK, and SBWTDIO from the 14-pin JTAG header.
